Easy setup with minimal training needed; ability to track data from each booth easily via an easy interface that allows you view it all together or break down by session/booth etc.; multiple reports are available if need be which can make analysis much easier than looking through hundreds (or thousands) pages as would normally have been required previously - this also helps keep me organized too because I am able see what has already happened compared against upcoming sessions vs previous ones so don't forget those things either ; great customer support team who will help troubleshoot problems quickly when they arise but won’t let issues drag out unnecessarily before coming back around again. Great product overall though there could maybe still benefit being added regarding email addresses collected rather then just using first names only like currently stands although not really sure why we couldn't do both since people were asked specifically during registration?
