Works great! Out of the box, connected my two new Dell U2415s with 2 HDMI cables (not included) - 1 cable to HDMI 1 on one monitor and another cable to HDMI 2 on the second monitor - then I have the included Thunderport 3 -Cable connected to my new Mac mini 2018 and everything included.
