I had shipping issues at first (the packaging was damaged so I had to pay double to get the case quickly which was annoying). Second, I ordered this particular suitcase because it looked sturdy and strong enough to carry a 3 year old boy. After putting it on I found that the buttons are open and to press the lock button you have to hook your finger in a small space to press it. I hate that the buttons are exposed. What's the point of making a big protective case just to have no buttons? They get dirty and not worth it.
