Very cute! I bought this for my 8 year old daughter who is average height/weight (53rd percentile - 60lbs 4ft 3in, wears a size 8) and she loves it. It has enough room to close in the front with the attached Velcro and hits just below her waist (covering about half of her stomach). Also, the included stethoscope makes a heartbeat sound, not the sound of a dog barking like some other starred reviews (requires 2 AAA batteries) Maybe they read the reviews and improved the product.
