I've always had oily skin and have tried many products. Nothing seems to work that well, especially with my blackheads around my nose. I ordered it and just used it. The photos show how much it got out of just one use. When I first opened it, I had some unanswered questions. I wasn't sure where the "filters" went and there was nothing in the instructions. But if you remove the nozzle on it, there is a small hole on the device through which the suction goes; filter there. You can pry the little pliable piece of plastic covering/holding it off with your fingernail and the filter will just fall there. It was also said to come with 2 "gel rings" which I didn't see. Until I noticed that they were already on the device holding the inner cover in place. For actual use, just follow the instructions. I washed my face and boiled water to steam my face. I poured water into a medium sized bowl and used a towel to hold the heat to open up my pores. These steps are really important, if I hadn't steamed my face I doubt it would have worked well. At first I used a large head and got the most, but for the area around the nose I used a smaller head and got a lot more. After actually seeing my empty pores where all that crap was hiding! I washed my face with a mild cleanser, then cold water and applied moisturizer. Cleaning was easy and the device didn't take long to charge. The only negative I have is that it didn't charge when I plugged it into the wall with the charging cable. I had to force it on for the red light to come on to indicate it was charging. But he wouldn't have stayed if I hadn't held him. Luckily I had another cable with the same slot so I used that and it worked great. So I'll probably just throw out another cable. Too bad it worked. All in all it is absolutely worth the money! Nothing else came out of my pores after just one use. The pore strips don't even come close.
