Their technical support is second to none! The ability to send files over email makes it very easy for me as the editor, to get things in front of clients with no middle man involved. Being able to see video edits instantly shows great progress. The fact that they are a small business which means more personalized service. Not sure I have any complaints other than they should keep adding features and improving workflow in general. If you're looking for something to handle multiple projects at once and give you peace of mind that everything is being handled properly this tool is for you. We have been using Iris as part of our editorial team since the start. The benefits are endless - faster turnaround times, less time spent on delivery of video assets, ability to share them within the organisation quickly, easily and securely. Iris is very intuitive, allowing you to manage your files quickly and efficiently. It has been a great asset for our company as we are able to distribute media online (mostly podcasts) in an efficient manner. We have yet to have any issues that have come up while using Iris. I was looking for a simple way to keep track of my media library but was unable to find one that fit my needs so I decided to create one myself.
