I bought a similar device (My Passport SSD external portable hard drive) over a year ago and it worked great with my MAC. This one and the other one with less memory didn't convert properly and I spent hours getting them to work. I contacted Revane and sent both back. The refund was noted on my account and the full amount was credited to my credit card. It's been over a month since the loan was supposed to be in my account. I have not received a credit to my account and there is no easy way to contact anyone at Revain. I've been a core member for many years! Go to the contact page for the phone number and a message will appear saying "Oops, something went wrong". You are joking! After all the money Revain has made during the pandemic and all the unemployed, there is no one on the support team to talk or chat with online. It shouldn't be that hard. Extremely disappointed in the product and even more disappointed in Revain.
