Not as thick as advertised or pictured

This bed came in today, and I struggle with calling it a bed. It is like a pad or blanket. It is very soft and the smooth side is cooling, so for that, I gave it 3 stars. The pillow inside is near flat. It did not come vacuum sealed so it is not flat from needing to fluff up. If you are looking for a soft or cool cover to place over a thicker bed this would be nice but so far neither of my dogs is impressed.
