The ability to provide valuable insight into what customers are thinking about your business or industry so that companies can adapt their products/services accordingly! This also allows for better communication with stakeholders as they now have more information pertaining directly back at them than if it was just an email in which there were only general questions asked without any specific answers given by those who know best - our Customers!! Lack of integration within Salesforce (it does not integrate well) but this has been improved over recent years since I last used other CRM's such Dabbleday offers many great features including being able to link through social media platforms; however we had issues connecting some accounts due lack integrations between systems meaning certain data couldnt be seen via another system despite having linked correctly etc- therefore creating double entries where needed instead.
