I'm giving this five stars because the product is great and the customer service is even better! This company solved an issue for free that was not their fault for me and I am very grateful. I will say if you are playing with a little one, my son is 8 years old, I suggest observing carefully first until they feel comfortable. But thanks to the large buttons and controls, it's easy to use and a lot of fun to fly.
