Review on 🌿 Aroma Depot 19'' Sandalwood Incense Sticks - Long Lasting, 100% Pure, 3-4 Hours Burn Time by Debbie Black

I bought this about a month ago. It was chilly the first few times I lit the stick, but the air in the room felt heavy. So I stuck the wand in the dirt in an unused ceramic pot and placed it on the dining table, unlit. The room smelled nice so I left it unlit for a couple of weeks. It seemed disappointing but not worth going back because I liked the scent. Tonight I lit this stick and went outside because it was a mild dark night to look at the stars in the desert; During the day it was too hot to go outside. Arcturus was above me and the Summer Triangle rose to the east, and I noticed that it smelled very nice in there. It was dusty and the tangelo flowers had long since fallen off, I hadn't expected that. I was a good ten feet from the door. This may sound bad, but I live in a senior trailer park and feel the burning smell is too strong for my home. It smelled pleasant, like the potpourri in my big room; it smelled terrific as I sat on my porch looking at Antares rising to the southeast. It's not exactly what the inexpensive commercial incense I bought smells like. The smell is much better when it is less intense; it actually smells cleaner and less chemical. That's probably real sandalwood, not a chemical ester. Other reviews are accurate in that sticks burn much longer than ones that fit in an incense holder at an art supply store (that's why mine was in ceramic pot dirt). I'm guessing it will take three hours, but I haven't bothered to set up controlled experiments. This may not be the incense you are looking for. But at least now you know what to expect. This is probably perfect for an flysheet or large room. It's still quite pleasant and less expensive than a home fragrance, with the added bonus of amazing incense. I love sandalwood so I can see myself buying another pack, although this one will last me at least a few months.
