Just what I needed

I wanted a restraint for my pup for two reasons. The first was short term as she didn't know how to sit in a car and I was afraid she would hurt herself. The second, of course, was to protect them in the event of an accident. I looked at dog car seats that she would quickly outgrow and that were expensive. I bought this seat belt because it meets all of our needs and it is. Also, is it easy to use and inexpensive?
