I am not a fan of this product. The hair wasn't that soft. I thought it might be chemicals so I washed it. It wasn't the best idea because she was confused. I am extremely disappointed. Bald spots everywhere! The hair is not that long. It has many short strands. The silk base sounds plastic and I think it's as plastic as the hair. I want my money back.
