A completely ordinary product, nothing remarkable.

4-5 uses, and I experienced issues. When the pump started to operate, steam began to be produced; however, the steam itself barely entered the nozzles as it was being produced. Most likely, something melted as a result of the steam, which resulted in the steam being prevented from coming out of the targeted hole in its entirety. It was never possible to install the full power; everything was always completed at half capacity. When I used it for the first time and everything went smoothly, this was more than enough. Very disheartening news for the mop, and I'm baffled as to why the area with the substance that easily melts is also where the steam passes. In addition, there is no way to go back. Although the price is reasonable, it is still somewhat pricey when considering that two or three people will use it to their full capacity on a daily basis.

Pros

Everything does a great job cleaning and steaming the clothing to perfection. If they are worn correctly and pulled as tightly as possible, rags can be used effectively as holding devices.

Cons

It is necessary to give the floor a very thorough sweeping before using it to wash the floor. The stains on the glass did not become any larger after being washed.
