It's easy to use, no need of any technical knowledge or development skills required just follow some simple steps and you are ready with your own server! I like that it has been built from scratch by people who know what they're doing so there isn't much room left for error. The price could be lower but at least we get free access to most features which makes up for this issue somehow. We've used their services since last year when our app was still in private beta stage (we had around 300 users). They helped us set everything up - database configuration, authentication system etc., as well as providing support during those first few months after launch. After launching publicly many things were changed compared to how it worked before, including pricing structure. At one point they even offered me money if my team would switch over to them instead of using another solution provider. That offer never came though because we didn't want to.
