This waist trainer is great! It's DEFINITELY tight but I believe it will get the job done right. Do not eat before trying to put this on. My stomach is flat and my waist is tiny using this trainer. It also provides back support. I started the hooks on loosest position so there's room to tighten the trainer as my waist gets smaller. I won't need another one for quite a while. I highly recommend, you will not be disappointed!
