like someone said it's more like a blanket. It looks a bit like a square, hence the problem. This made it incredibly difficult to tie the scarf the normal way, which was SUPER annoying because otherwise I just LOVE this scarf! I love the pattern I came up with (brown), I love how incredibly light yet WARM it is, it's INCREDIBLY soft and comfortable against the skin (and I have fairly sensitive skin). it's just NOT a scarf! Or maybe I just need to learn how to crochet a square piece of fabric! I don't know if I'll be buying another one in the near future until I find out, but I definitely have no issues with the pattern, the closeness of the color to the picture, or the quality of the material.
