I like how easy it was for us (non developers) to set up our own code within hours or days instead months! We can update/add new features very quickly without having developer expertise ourselves which helped reduce costs as well. It also has multiple integrations so there are many ways we could customize this tool if necessary - but these options were not always available when using their standard platform (which required coding). There isn't much out right now that makes me dislike anything about deploying campaigns through them. If your looking at other solutions don;t worry too hard because they have great service offering and will help get things going even quicker than others would require time and resources etc. Our marketing team likes being able to go into one place where all our customer data from various sources gets pulled together seamlessly via an API interface. This allows my teammates who do more backend work such as analytics reporting.
