Pieces broke off in my review

When first opening it and putting my heat tape on it, the little piece that holds that round roller in place just broke off. I can still use it but have to hold the tape itself otherwise it will complete come out. I kept it instead of sending it back, it would have been too much hassle.

Worked as expected.

Cons

The dispenser may not come with a warranty, leaving users without protection in case of defects or malfunctions

I''ve used this dispenser for a good few months now. It is holding up super well. I use mine for heat tape and was able to put 2 rolls on it at once. It works great for me. Definitely worth the buy.
