Works well enough. Some people seem to be sensitive to teeth whitening products. I have had sensitivities to other products like Crest White Strips in the past but not this one. Perhaps because others have been used over a longer period of days. This product does not exactly match the description. It does not contain 3 syringes, but several small plastic whitening gel ampoules. Each vial fills the upper or lower tray (included) and is then placed on the teeth for 20 minutes, with a 10 minute break to rinse and repeat with fresh vials. The trays can be adjusted to your teeth by soaking them in a cup of boiling hot water for a few seconds until soft. Once they start to soften, take them out and shape them as directed. Overheat them and they'll stick together and become unusable. The pallets hold 1 box of whitening ampoules and then fall apart so they cannot be reused for other whitening products. Overall it works quite well (good product, but no wonder) and is cheaper on Revain than other stores, especially if you're a subscriber and save.
