This pizza pan measures exactly 30 cm and fits in my small kitchen oven. I've used it a few times and it's very well made. I don't cut pizza on a pan, I slide it onto a wooden cutting board. Now for that horrible sticker on the bottom that won't come off. Here's how to force it to be removed without a trace. Remove the sticker. Lubricate a hard short, such as B. Crisco, on any remaining adhesive residue and leave overnight. Wipe with a paper towel in the morning. Works all the time on any glue I want to get rid of. Don't try to smear it won't work as well.
