Very useful, and it does its job.

It's new so I can't comment on durability. Warmth? Is it supposed to be warm? It's a sun shade, and it does its job. It makes shade over our patio. It's hot in Seattle right now, so it's much appreciated. It is easy to put up but you have to have the right places to attach it - in our case one end attached to the house, and the other two points are attached to posts that we had to acquire, make holes for, pour concrete into, and stick the poles in. But once that part is done, it's trouble free. The sun shade fabric is some kind of magical mystery fabric that makes really good shade!

Pros

It worked perfect for what we wanted. It gives a lot more shade than I thought it would.
