When I received the goods, one of the pockets was sewn in at the top of each corner. I had to cut the thread to open the bag. I had to use a very sharp knife to cut the thread because it was sewn so tight the scissors wouldn't fit. After cutting the cord, a hole was left in the material. Aside from the remaining holes, this is a good product. I'm not sure if the pockets should have been sewn up as the other large pocket wasn't sewn up. I'm afraid the hole is likely to get bigger with normal wear and tear.
