This is the perfect pan for cooking or reheating small meals in the oven and offers an excellent cooking/reheating quality! The ribbed base prevents scorching and even gives meat and poultry a 'roasted' appearance when heated to a high temperature. Also, the ribbed base provides an area for fat to drain when you're cooking fatty foods like fish, cheese, etc. You can always add a light spray of PAM or similar non-stick cooking agent for extra nonstick quality, but I've found that's rarely necessary as food rarely sticks to this gorgeous pan. Durable, heating up well and cooling down quickly, these pans are perfect for making that quick, low-cleanup meal in one go!
