Take my advice and pay a pro I had to buy a second one after one of the connectors on this one came loose and the touchscreen became inoperable. The second installed without any problems, but now the iPad keeps restarting. Waste of money that could have been spent on professional repairs. iPad is NOT a repair that you should try to fix if you are not good at these things. I started trying to replace the battery, the screen broke and fell off, and a lot of money came from there. Beware! UPDATE The seller contacted me and offered a replacement or refund and as I have already replaced the item they are sending a refund. Despite being outside the return window, the seller wanted to fix it as the item was damaged. I will definitely deal with this seller in the future.
