Review on Generic Unobrush Duo Starter Package by Steve Whited

As per other reviews, I was one of the KS supporters of this project and made the unfortunate mistake of believing in this company's ability to deliver a quality product. After the idea and the technology to be included succumbed, what actually delivered turned out to be extremely lackluster. First, let's talk about the mouthpiece. THIS IS A GIANT. For example, so big and bulky that a barleycorn fits in my mouth, and I have a big mouth. My wife, who has a small mouth, doesn't fit her mouth at all. Highlights where 50% of intended users cannot even use the product. Customer service assured me that they are working on a new smaller mouthpiece that will be available later this year (this product should have been released 2 years ago). WHAT A JOKE.2. The vibration is pathetic. I put the thing in my mouth, follow all the instructions, and then the barley moves at all. 10 seconds? This thing didn't do anything in 10 seconds? 20, 30? Still no. My teeth don't feel clean at all. Is the plaque removed? NO. Are my gums clean? NO. And the tips of the molars? NO. MEGA FAIL on all surfaces I have a Sonicare toothbrush that I would NOT replace with this one because it really works. After brushing all surfaces of my teeth they seem really clean, gums are clean, plaque is removed etc. 3. Since this is a duo, the instructions insist that you take a 10w USB power bank with it use. Do they offer one with this device? NO Where can I get a 10W USB power supply? NO TIP (usually it's 5V and a few amps). I contacted their customer service and expressed my disappointment that this was not included and they said 'I'm sorry, by 'electricity' I assumed you meant the plug? This isn't included with Unobrush like most major electronics brands are." Who are you kidding? In the last 20 years, I haven't bought a single major brand of electronics that didn't have the right power adapter. That was a lot disappointing as it is like that even with $15-20 devices. is this thing 300.00 retail? THIS ITEM IS NO WAY A TOTAL LOSS. Straight to the e-waste. It fails on so many levels and certainly doesn't work that well and replaces my 40.00 toothbrush which takes a whole 2 minutes (HE NO) THE GAME IS OVER!
