Revain or the seller needs to fix this thing. The photo is wrong. I've reached the point where I'm so careful when ordering that it takes extra time. You cannot trust pictures and in some cases you cannot trust descriptions. In this case all texts are correct. It has a USB 3 port, multiple USB 2 ports, a Gigabit Ethernet jack and finally a 3.5" microphone jack and a 3.5" speaker/headphone jack. For video, it has a DVI connector and an RGB/VGA connector, as well as a DisplayPort connector. This is one of the best docks I have ever used (long career in IT). It has a simple but secure connection and undocks instantly and correctly. The laptop can be connected to the docking station and removed again without interrupting the work of the programs. The docking station works great with the T431, T430 and X230 models. I haven't tried it with other models. The dock has a power button. So if your laptop is on and closed, you don't have to open it to turn it on. I took off a star because it only has a USB 3 port. That's kind of silly; it should have at least two, preferably four or all six USB 3. The included power supply can also power the T430 or X230 directly (without using a dock), but it's physically larger than the one that comes with those machines. Of course, the docking station will power all supported laptops once docked. I did not deduct stars for ads/photos.
