Review on PX05 9 MICRON SEDIMENT FILTER CFS by Ross Decoteau

I never write reviews but due to the fact that this product is so below average I was compelled and recommend that you have water testers when installing filters to ensure the quality of your water is not harmful Install the filters according to the instructions. I measured the quality of the tap water and it showed 279ppm and has an unusual and unpleasant odor which the water company says is acceptable. The water quality from the filters, measured with the HM Digital TDS-EZ Water Quality TDS Tester, shows a TDS of 255 ppm; after emptying the water tank twice and taking several measurements over three days, the lowest value is still 255. Not sure if these filters are supposed to filter, but the water quality is acceptable. I do not recommend these and will never buy them again.
