Screen doesn't stay on

Screen doesn't stay on, so you have to press a button that always changes settings. Every time I want to check a turkey's temperature, the screen goes blank, I press the button, it changes F to C, and I have to reset it every time. I will never buy from this company again, we should be able to stop them from browsing.

Pros
