Review on Sennheiser CX 300S In-Ear Headphone with Smart Remote - Black (One-Button Control) by Ian Bates

Return visit after customer service - NO EARPHONES OR CASE INSIDE THE SEALED PACKAGING!

I have long loved and supported Sennheiser headphones. From the studio headphones I used for recording for years to the original $100 everyday headphones, Sennheiser was the company that finally got Bose to say uncle! I haven't had a pair for 2 or 3 years. I had a son who is 3 now so I didn't have much free time. Needless to say I was VERY! EXCITED! :-) to get and open this package. I knew I was in for a long, hard day at work when I went to collect the package shortly after the notification. I happily hid the package so I could unwrap it later. THE WORST SURPRISE UPON UNPACKING, NO EARPHONES, no case, just extra buds and instructions. My package was picked up by me a few minutes after I sealed my cancellation and there were no signs of forgery on it. This led me to believe that they may have been deleted somewhere on the real Amazon network. I'm the main responsible, I'm sure Revain will solve the problem with a replacement if not a refund. Maybe then you get the feeling of putting on good headphones and forgetting everything else. Everything is fine as expected. Revain quickly sent the package with a box containing the product. As I expected they sound great for the price. It appears to be the next Sennheiser headphones under $150 with a 4+ star sound quality rating since the company was sold, leading to a big shift in marketing and quality. I wanted to spend a little more, I wanted an old Senny Bang for your money. I learned that according to respected reviewers I had to buy a second pair of obscure edition violins for $50 at a $30 auction price. Sennheiser, the old review gods, haven't cracked Level 4 in years. I've found this pair to compete with your mid-level 4+ Bose or Sony audio review and that's where I went for them. New logo and weird shape, but they fit the ear canal like a dream and sound great for it. who knew
