The buttons on the side (that you can't see) are very sensitive. When the tape is pulled off, the rising clicks are NOT loud like on cheaper tapes. If you don't want an easy click (e.g. when measuring a horse for a blanket 😎) it's easy to hold the buttons on the side while you pull the ribbon. The band itself isn't super narrow like some, but not so big that the case becomes huge. Additional length was required (120 inches instead of 60 inches). Easy to read and process. Attractive, hard-wearing red case with good grip and a pleasant feel. Exactly what I was looking for!
