I've been using Crest Whitestrips for many years and have never had any problems with them. Sometimes there can be increased tooth sensitivity, but over time it's not that bad and if you experience it, just use them less often. This package contains one-hour express whitening strips. I only use them to accentuate my already bright smile - I drink black coffee and eat a lot of berries so I want my smile to stay bright. You use them like all the other strips except they last for an hour - I don't use them daily but maybe you could if you need a super lift. I use them about once a month or so. They really whiten my teeth.
