My wife tried to convince me to buy her a steamer for a while. I finally gritted my teeth because not only was it priced right, but it was portable. So it would be great to travel especially for weddings, celebrations etc. We both hate ironing but you still need to look good! So not only do we use it on clothes at home, I also use it on our curtains and curtains after washing. It only takes 60-90 seconds to heat up, after which it is ready to use. Absolutely avoid skin contact as the steam is very hot!
