My shopping experience with BerryGo did not live up to the lofty expectations I had for the company. There was a lack of consistency in the sizing of the garments, and the shoes were uneasy to walk in. The necklace gave off an impression of being inexpensive and was not nearly as elegant as it was made out to be. Customer support was unhelpful, and shipping took an excessive amount of time. In addition, I was charged additional fees for customs and taxes, which were not disclosed to me before I completed my purchase. BerryGo is not a store that I would encourage patronizing in general. The claims made about the products were not supported by the evidence, and the quality of the customer service was subpar.
