randomly changes language the first time you turn it on and the user manual is almost useless. The e-manual is an exact copy of the poorly written little booklet that came with it. I named files or playlists and uploaded four albums. Even after an hour of playback, I can't easily find an album to listen to. I was probably spoiled for having an easy-to-use iPod. Devise is so small that I have a fat finger on almost every command. If I had an 8 year old they could probably find out, but I'm about to give up. I want to delete an album/playlist, but it seems I can only delete one track at a time. 143 songs to take away, argh! 3 screens per song. I will probably return.
