Great for MMA in my review
Buy a size up, if you wear a small buy a medium so on and so forth. I do Martial Arts. BJJ (Brazilian Jiu-jitsu), Muay Thai Kickboxing, and I powerlift and do a lot cardiovascular movements. I buy compression shirts all the time. The comfort on this shirt was unbelievable didn't really even feel like I was wearing a shirt. It fits snug in all the right places. I love the brand and will buy more.
