The fact we can personalize emails for clients even when they are not our own account is such as game changer! It's great for keeping up with my list of contacts at all times (and I have over 50).

There could be some improvements like being able to edit an event title directly from within the interface but it has been ok so far. Great tool if you use salesforce or your system allows you access to profiles through integration to get better information about individuals/contacts - which then helps create more personalized messages - this makes communication much easier between us both parties!
