Disappointing packaging

Let's start with the screen! But everything else is very disappointing. The packaging is disgusting, the screen came in an orange envelope with no protective film! The screen was dirty and looked like it had fingerprints on it. The tools looked dirty and had been used before but were unsafe. All I can say is that next time I'll go somewhere else, but at least the screen worked.
