Ive had this machine for 3 years. Only had one issue with a part coming loose, and I was able to fix it myself. I finally ran out of the button set parts (the metal plates/plastic backings) they gave me with the machine. No problem, I thought. Purchased some plastic-backed button sets somewhere else here on Ebay. Here's where the problems started - these didn't work with the machine. Tried some metal backs. Nope. None of the button backs I tried worked with this machine because they were slightly different from the original ones. This machine was manufactured to only work with the parts THEY provided.So I contact Mophorn, because I saw them tell another customer in Q&A to contact them for button parts. Guess what - they don't sell button parts seperately!So if you buy this machine and you run out of the button parts they give you, that's it. It becomes useless. Only those particular plastic parts they start you with work with their machine. Now my Mophorn button machine is going to the trash, because no metal or plastic backing button parts will work. I am beyond disappointed. Buy a button machine from a seller that sells the button parts seperately!
