I'm 1.77 m tall, weigh 65 kg and usually wear a US size 8 or 10 (medium). I ordered a size large. It fits pretty well and has great back cover to keep the fluff in place! The top is a little big for me as I have a smaller top but as mentioned you can adjust the top and improve the fit. Maybe I think I could have ordered a medium, but I was careful and ordered a large. I definitely recommend this super cute costume.
