Since it didn't come with a hydration bladder, I bought a 3 liter bottle, thinking it would fit in a 6 liter pack. The bubble barely fit, and it took some creative pinching to get it in place. Anyone who thinks that two 3-liter packs can be the solution is wrong. There was little room in that pocket for another bladder after the first was full. All this to say that the backpack has withstood my hike and kayak trip well. The description is a bit misleading.
