Review on Rayauto Wraping Rubber Steering Purple by Dion Jeep

I love the color and the fact that my steering wheel no longer turns into an ice cube every time I drive. It's an absolute delight this winter. However, the stitching came loose a day after I received and installed it. I've attached a photo I took on day one, the unraveling continued to spread and the other stitch did the same. I have tried to contact the seller for a partial or full refund but have not received a response. I chose not to return/exchange it because I don't want to be involved in a wasteful process where the entire cover is likely to end up in the bin instead of being repaired. Not to mention the emissions and hassle involved in getting it delivered to me in an unnecessarily HUGE box for the first time. The materials are fine so I will try to repair the stitching myself, but I am very upset at having to spend $20 on an item that only becomes a repair project.
