This phone received very good reviews except for two main features. First a list of what is very good about the phone. The fingerprint scanner fits perfectly and works very well. The single 12-megapixel camera is surprisingly good. This is comparable to Note 9 or S10. The battery seems endless. The screen resolution is outstanding. And it comes from an AMOLED user. The speaker is attached to the bottom and produces a very decent sound. Finally, the thermal imaging system is the best I've ever used. Its high-resolution Lepton 3.5 system is simply amazing. This phone is a ridiculous deal when you realize you're getting a 3.5 sensor. During testing, the thermal system was able to find a water pipe under the tarmac! It can also detect residual moisture with near-accurate accuracy. Overall the phone is very good and solid as every review claims. The phone is a good size, fits easily in your pocket. There were several downsides that made using this phone far from optimal. First if you are used to wireless charging. This phone doesn't support it, and it seems like a chore to connect something this advanced. It might seem like a small thing, but it makes a huge difference when you really use the device for its intended purpose. It's actually odd that for a phone intended for "professional use" there aren't any POGO points to top up the charging dock. This would be welcome in the absence of a Qi boost. The second notable downside was the quality of the phone call. It seems that the microphone gain is too high and the noise reduction is not used. Every call I've made from this phone has been reported as loud and bad. Unless you're answering a call in a quiet room, the phone itself is the weakest feature of this phone. There doesn't seem to be a way to easily tweak or tweak this setting. Reviews on Amazon ask for "Battery life", "Touchscreen" and "Picture quality" ratings. To be honest, these three points are actually very good: 4.5 stars each. However, the quality of the phone, coupled with the lack of wireless charging, feels like two steps down from any phone released in recent years. I would say this phone is like a rugged iPhone 8 or Galaxy 7/8 with an amazing thermal camera.
