Confetti balloons are so pretty! The hand pump worked great, but there are no instructions anywhere on how to spread the confetti. I've found that rubbing the balloon after inflation causes friction which causes the confetti to stick. And if you let them sit for too long, they'll lose friction and fall over again. But the worst part was that almost half of our balloons burst after I installed them. Some within 30 minutes, others within an hour or two. When I finished putting away all the confetti that was about to pop, I went insane.
