But it is very easy to set up.

Installation was very easy and the video on the product page was great - thanks. Love the design, tropical theme and bed, and kitty has shown interest so far (she's old, she needs time) but she's grown up and needs time to get used to anything new. The reason I'm dropping a star is because the wood/bed layers are just fabric over a wood base with no padding. I don't know about the other kittens but Missy (and the long dead tabby kitten) liked the beds/wood with pillows/filling for the kitty's extra comfort. Your mileage and kitten preferences may vary.
