Eh, I hate it when that happens, you're so happy to buy something, but you don't know if it's the same as what you saw in reality save or not. I was in Miami and tried this hair straightener and was blown away because normally nothing can straighten my hair and I mean nothing but it really did and even in Miami humidity it lasted for two days! So I thought it would be wise to buy it cheaper here, but when I received the product it didn't look like the one I tried in the store, the box was broken and I didn't have the INV number I needed to register my product. Manufacturer :( which made me doubt this seller. I'm not sure what's wrong but the one I received is definitely different from the one I tried in the store. I will definitely buy it, next time i'm back in stores in miami - i'm upset that this isn't the item i wanted and i wouldn't recommend this seller oh yeah and i ordered black and got purple.
