These anchors are very easy to install and also holes to remove and reinstall. Hold the blue rubber section in your hand and turn the eye screw clockwise to expand and contract. As you lower the anchor into the hole, place your finger on the top washer and turn the eyebolt clockwise while holding it. This makes it very easy to tighten these anchors. Follow the same procedure to remove, but turn the eyebolt counterclockwise. Works very well for holding loads that are at or below 45 degrees above the anchors.
