The definite stand out on this sprinkler is definitely the weight and heavy duty feel of it. I actually had an 'economy' sprinkler that was super cheap feeling and looked identical to this, and I was expecting to receive that level of quality on this sprinkler - but this is 3x heavier and feels well made.> Materials are very nice. It is a heavy duty plastic so it will hold up to the weather for many, many years. The parts with rubber have a high quality rubber.> The #1 thing I have done to break these types of sprinklers is when I drag them and they bounce off rocks etc and the heads break off. The materials being heavy duty on this one feel like it would help a lot with that risk.> Performance is fantastic. Of course the distance depends on the water pressure - but I have a weird garden in a big city where we dont get large yards. When I use it in my back yard - I have a pond on one side and then about 20 feet of garden, and then a patio. When i use it in the front I have a big patch of yard, with lots of trees and plants. In the back it's the best sprinkler for coverage. Lots of water gets to all areas all the way up to the sprinkler, and you can totally hone where the water goes with the water pressure. EVEN coverage the entire time it is on. In the front yard I turn it on full force and I love that the entire yard is getting watered the whole time it is on - instead of the sprinklers that go back and forth.> OVERALL - very efficient water coverage, definitely the best at saturating your garden with water. Heavy duty materials - this is a 5 star sprinkler.
