The phone is marked as unlocked but when I tried to set up the service with my provider (TMobile) I was told that it cannot be used due to the bad financial situation of the Device. So I contact support and they send me a replacement phone. Is everything done correctly? Not correct. The backup phone (which I wanted to switch to as I was stuck with the faulty first phone) was ALSO in a bad financial position! I contacted support to see if I could get a replacement from someone else and was told it must be from the same people that sent the first two errors in the first place! Not to mention having to wait for a refund until they receive the previous two phones! So not only did I not have a phone for a week, now I have to wait for delivery to get a refund. It's funny how people can sell these phones under false pretenses.
