The ability to have multiple phone numbers and easily transfer them between users. We are able to call one number from anywhere in the world with no additional costs. I like being able to control how much we spend per month because it's not fixed cost and there are no set up fees. I wish it was easier to schedule calls for different times during the day or week. When someone calls from outside our office we can't tell who is calling until after we answer which makes scheduling difficult. If you need multiple phones across departments this is a good option. You can use different extensions and easily switch between them. You can also setup calls to ring into different extensions depending on what time of day you want to be called back.
